We'd never admit it when staring at those Kendall Jenner nude images that pop up nearly every week on Instagram, but this reality star clearly has a slamming body.
She's also built herself a very impressive modeling resume for an 18-year old, causing us to wonder: What's her secret?
How does she get ready for a runway show and how does she churn out so many over the course of a few days?
"I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea," Jenner tells E! News. "I have like 12 cups a day."
Energy is vital for Kendall, which explains why she focuses on a clean diet with a lot of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.
As for any kind of fitness routine?
It's clear Jenner isn't as much of a gym rat her sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian (we know, ladies, you have a trainer; now go use him and stop posting photos with him online), but she tells E! that she wants to get more into "running" going forward.
"My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep," Jenner, who is currently showing off new designs in Paris, said. "I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function."
