For a while there, it looked as though up was down, black was white, and hell had frozen over, because Lindsay Lohan actually managed to land an acting job and keep it.
But don't worry, order has been restored to the universe and Lindsay is totally effing up once again.
Based on everything we've heard from her time in London, when Lindsay's not getting topless backstage, she's partying. Now it seems the "actress" is too hungover and strung out sick to take the stage in the West End production of Speed the Plow.
"Sorry everyone but I'm too ill to perform and down for the count," Lindsay tweeted before missing a matinee performance on Wednesday.
So she was under the weather. Happens to the best of us, right? But here's where things really get strange:
The day before her sudden illness, Linds tweeted a photo of herself out and about in London (above). Then, after missing the matinee performance, Lindsay deleted her tweet and recovered in time for the evening performance.
It's a miracle! Or, Lindsay enjoyed some hair of the dog and reminded herself that the best thing anyone's had to say about her performance is that she shows up.
In fairness, after forgetting her lines and getting laughed at in her first week, Lindsay has reportedly improved considerably. Still, it's good to know that she's not letting this acting business get in the way of her true talent - partying!
