Josh Duggar apparently sucks at the Internet almost as much as being a good person. Once you put it out there, bruh, there's no taking it back.
On Thursday, the former 19 Kids & Counting star admitted he is a cheater and the biggest hypocrite ever ... then edited out parts of his mea culpa.
Did he honestly think no one would notice? Or that his image would be somehow improved by removing or switching around some language?
Not long after being outed as a cheater on Ashley Madison and OK Cupid, Duggar posted a confession and apology on his family's website
Duggar's statement initially began with the true observation that "I have been the biggest hypocrite ever" while "espousing faith and family values."
"I have secretly in the last several years been viewing pornography on the Internet; this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife."
But the edited version now reads: "I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have been unfaithful to my wife."
So ... just forget about the porn okay?!
Duggar, 27, also removed any mention of his "actions that happened when I was 14-15 years old," a clear reference to molesting his own sisters.
Lastly, he negged this additional line:
"While publicly stating I was fighting against immorality in our country, in my heart I had allowed Satan to build a fortress that no one knew about."
Somewhere, Satan is so pissed.
Dude just got negged from what should have been a glorious moment of triumph. He clearly built a pretty strong ass fortress in there. No respect.
In all seriousness, Duggar's admission of infidelity comes after hackers breached cheating website Ashley Madison and revealed he was a client.
Having paid nearly $1,000 for two subscriptions, JD sought someone seeking "experimentation," "gentleness," willing to have a "bubble bath for 2."
He also likes oral sex, and "extended foreplay/touching," but preferably only if you have "natural breasts" and ideally a "secret love nest" to hole up in.
As for the million-dollar question of whether Anna Duggar will divorce Josh, insiders say that's very unlikely despite his astonishing track record.
Divorce is not something her in-laws believe in, and if anything, Anna might even blame herself or wonder if she might have been able to stop this.
Cults are pretty terrible things.
