Philadelphia Police Department Airs Saved By the Bell-Themed PSA Aug 19th 2015, 18:13, by Hilton Hater The Philadelphia Police Department has gone ahead and aired what is either the greatest Public Service Announcement of all-time ... or the worst Public Service Announcement of all-time. Really, there's no in-between. The footage features a fake commercial that aired way back in the day on Saved By the Bell, one in which Zack Morris and company explained why there's "no hope with dope." Aside from Photoshopping the Philadelphia Police Commission’s Face over that of then-NBC President Brandon Tartikoff (and changing the accompanying introduction), the department has simply left the original PSA as is. Again, this is real. This is actually airing across Philadelphia television stations right now. It's amazing but true.
