Miley will host the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, August 30; yes, the same MTV Video Music Awards during which she Twerked with Robin Thicke two years ago and changed her perception forever.
What will she be up to on stage this time around? As the emcee in charge of the entire ceremony?
