It might as well be the Apocalypse in Los Angeles these days.
First, it rained, which prompted at least one reporter to work as hard as possible to determine how the city was reacting to such a crisis.
Then, this week, the temperature dared to drop just below 60 degrees... and local newscasts were all over the story!
How fast was the wind blowing? What were folks ordering at the drive-through window? And just how close was the region to - gulp! - snow?!?
