Nicki Minaj celebrated her 31st birthday with a major blowout Philippe restaurant in Beverly Hills Sunday.
And she did so with friends, decorations and boobs... though not her actual boobs for a change.
Considering the singer's propensity for showing A LOT of skin, pals surprised her with a cake in the shape of her breasts during the party, which included such guests as Lil Twist and Kendall Jenner.
