Having been locked up for the better part of 2014, Chris Brown was released from jail on June 5, saying he would stop partying and clean up his act.
Well, so much for that.
There's nothing illegal regarding the singer being out and about nonstop, but one wonders if when he says he wants to "let loose," what trouble may follow.
The day after his release, Chris partied with girlfriend Karrueche Tran, friends and porn stars at a welcome home bash at Phil Maloof's Beverly Hills mansion.
The 25-year-old also been working on a new album. Is it all too much, too soon for the struggling, troubled R&B star? Should he just stay home and shower?
Not as he sees it.
"It's not against the law for him to get out and being social, it's part of his job," a source says. "Plus Chris is way too hyper to stay home every night."
"He's young and he just got out of jail, of course he wants to let loose ... for all he knows he could end up back there so he's making the most of his freedom."
"Yeah, I'm sure there are people telling him to stay home, but Chris is a grown man, bottom line, he's going to do what he wants to do, end of story."
Indeed, while Chris swears he's never going back to jail, the legal system may have other ideas. He is still awaiting trial on assault charges in D.C.
Might as well live it up while he can on the outside ... at least that's the balls-out attitude girlfriend Karrueche Tran seems to be promoting as well.
Karrueche is confident in her relationship with Chris and the two are stronger than ever now that Chris is back to "real" life ... for the time being.
What do you think: Will Chris Brown go back to jail?
