The final five did not make it easy on American Idol viewers Wednesday.

With Lazaro Arbos mercifully put out to pasture last week, a strong case could be made for any of the remaining women to advance, following their covers of songs sang by iconic divas.

Unlike the show itself, however, we're not gonna drag out the suspense any longer. Which unlucky lady is headed home?
