Hyun Lee, a woman of Korean descent, has filed a federal discrimination lawsuit against CVS because she says an employee in southern New Jersey identified her on a photo receipt by racially insensitive term.
And we know what you're thinking: Who picks up photos at CVS anymore?!?
Through her lawyer, Lee said she noticed that her photo receipt referred to as "Ching Chong Lee," and she quickly brought up that fact with CVS public relations, which told her the employee would be "counseled and trained."
But "Store counseling cannot correct intolerable discrimination," said Lee's attorney in a written statement, adding her client is demanding the worker be fired.
