Lil Wayne Hit With $3.4M Judgment in Quincy Jones III Case, Scoffs at Paltry Sum Apr 17th 2013, 14:45 Lil Wayne is laughing at reports that he's in dire straits following a $3.4 million judgment against him ... 'cause frankly, that's just a drop in the bucket. Lil Wayne Talks to God (G-O-D) Lil Wayne Suing Quincy Jones III The judgment stems from Weezy suing Quincy Jones III over a documentary. QJIII sued back, claiming Wayne screwed him out of profits from the film about the rapper by Tunechi's frivolous suit. A California jury saw it Quincy's way. As a result, LW was hit with a seven-figure judgment ... but it ain't no thing. After Jones' lawyer moved the judgment to Florida, where Wayne has huge assets, reports began circulating that the rapper would lose his mansion(s). Not the case. Long and short of it ... he's got money to burn. Crazily enough, he is believed to be worth as much as $100 million and can easily pay off any judgment of that size. But it does beg the question: If he hadn't treated the whole process with such disinterest - see deposition clips above - could he have avoided the judgment simply by fighting back? In any case, he does not seem worried. Possibly because he's just that rich, and also perhaps because he has other, more significant things to worry about. Like the seizures that nearly kill him.
