William Moore, a safety for the Atlanta Falcons, has been arrested for battery.
Not many details are available at the moment, but Moore was booked into Fulton County Jail and appeared in court about an hour ago.
According to The Atlanta-Journal Constitution, he got into a dispute with an identified female and grabbed her by the shoulder.
"We are aware of the situation involving William Moore and are in the process of gathering more information," a Falcons spokesperson said in a statement. "Because this is now a legal matter, the club will have no further comment at this time."
