Lady Gaga generally spends more time getting ready to go out in public than she spends out in public, so when the singer/sideshow posted a makeup-free selfie to Twitter, the world took notice.
I think the biggest surprise here is that Gaga is...pretty. Like, naturally pretty. For years, the rumor has been that she uses all the stagecraft and wigs and meat dresses to distract from the fact that she's no great beauty, but Gaga may have put that theory to rest with one early morning TwitPic.
Of course, this picture might be an attempt to combat rumors that Gaga makes paparazzi Photoshop her pics so that she appears more attractive to her fans.
We think with one click of her camera phone, the Mother Monster just proved she can look hot without being 'shopped.
Of course, for all we know this is take 375, and she still appears to be wearing hair extensions, but hey, this is as natural and unguarded as we can ever expect Gaga to get.
