Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau is used to shooting dangerous, physically demanding scenes, but apparently nothing that he's encountered in Westeros could prepare him for being spanked by Kate Upton.
Nikolaj and Kate co-star in the upcoming romantic comedy The Other Woman, and apparently Kate beat the hell out of Nikolaj for a sex scene that didn't even make it into the final cut of the movie.
The actor best known for his role as Jamie Lannister sat down with Chelsea Handler last night and brought a photo of a giant purple bruise he was left with after Kate beat him with a belt.
Nikolaj revealed that he asked Kate to let up but the film's director found the scene so funny that he encouraged Kate to hit harder. Harsh.
In real life, Kate is dating Justin Verlander of the Detroit Tigers and Nikolaj is married to a woman with the awesome name of Nukaaka, so we guess he won't have to endure any more beatings at the hands of the former swimsuit edition cover girl.
Now all he has to worry about is Prince Joffrey. Though, come to think of it, Nukaaka sounds like she could do some damage in the bedroom as well.
