New celebrity couple Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed showed off plenty of PDA upon their arrival at last night's Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles.
While they didn't walk the red carpet together, The Vampire Diaries star, 35, kissed the Twilight beauty, 26, in full view of the photographers backstage.
Things have been heating up, and publicly, between Reed and Somerhalder in the past month; the two even adopted a horse named Eagle together.
"Proud new dad," Ian wrote, with a photo of him. "His name is Eagle. Thank you @iamnikkireed for snapping this special moment, with our big baby boy."
Oh, baby, this is getting serious. And a little awkward.
Somerhalder and his Vampire Diaries co-star and ex-girlfriend, Nina Dobrev, presented separately at the Teen Choice Awards, and never appeared together.
Dobrev and Reed, who are friends, share another romantic link; both of them dated Dancing With the Stars dance pro Derek Hough in the past year.
Prior to that, she was married to Paul McDonald, and the two used to double date with Ian and Nina. Now Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed are together.
Paul ... you know what to do.
