Josh Hutcherson is sticking up for Jennifer Lawrence.
But coming down hard on the sick moron who leaked her naked pictures.
Not long after fellow actor Andrew Garfield went off on last week's nude photo hacking as violent, misogynistic and revolting, Hutcherson said he hasn't spoken to his Hunger Games co-star about the incident, but...
"It's f-ckin' horrible," he told The Daily Beast, later expounding in a chat with ET Canada: "We're people, too man, we just want to live, we want to be normal people, it's not fair."
Two weeks ago, for those somehow unaware, a hacker released images online of Lawrence nude, Kate Upton nude and many other famous females in their birthday suits.
The FBI is on the case and most pictures have been removed from the Internet, but some critics out there believe the stars deserved to be exposed simply because their famous.
Haven't they therefore forfeited all rights to privacy? Hutcherson disputes this notion.
"We are actors, we didn't get into this because we wanted scandal," he says. "I started when I was 9 years old, [Lawrence] started when she was like 12. We didn't chose to have public scandal, we chose to become artists...
... So, it's like because this is what I am good at, and this is my caree,r means I also have to suffer on this other side? Like, it's not very fair."
The young man makes some pretty good points, doesn't he?
Hutcherson, of course, has grown close to Lawrence by starring as Peeta in The Hunger Games. The next edition of this franchise, Mockingjay - Part 1, comes out on November 21.
