Peaches Geldof, the UK socialite, media personality and daughter of famed singer-songwriter Bob Geldof has passed away at the age of 25.
According to news reports, Peaches' body was found in her home outside London earlier today. The cause of death is currently unknown.
"We are beyond pain," said her father in a statement. "She was the wildest, funniest, wittiest and most bonkers of all of us. We loved her and will cherish her forever."
Peaches married Max Drumney in 2008. They divorced soon after and she married musician Thomas Cohen, with whom she immediately started a family.
She leaves behind her husband and two boys, 1-year-old Astala and, 11-month-old Phaedra.
Peaches gained fame as a journalist, TV host and model while still in her teens.
She developed a reputation for her wild behavior, but she seemed to have settled down in recent years, quickly adapting to the role of wife and mother.
Police in Kent, the town in which Peaches lived with her family, offered no possible causes, saying only, "At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained and sudden."
Peaches' mother, Paula Yates, died of a heroin overdose in 2000. Bizarrely, Peaches' final Twitter post was a link to her photo of herself with a late mother.
A full autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of this tragic and unexpected death.
