The gloves came off for pretty much all doctors on Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Episode 3.
Derek fought with Amelia. And also with Derek. Owen fought with Callie. Maggie fought with Richard.
There's a lot of tension in Seattle right now and it doesn't appear as if it will go away on Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Episode 4, not when Derek compares Meredith to her mother. OUCH, right?
Look for Meredith to watch some old Ellis Grey home videos and read some old Ellis Grey journals on "Mama Only Knows," and for this marriage to be put to the test.

Elsewhere on the upcoming install ment, Maggie will rock the hospital with a announcement, while Alex will be given some new responsibilities and Callie will be ALL about the Veterans' project.
